SCOPE OF WORK
About Lucio’s Marina
The Galletto family's deep-rooted passion for hospitality began in the 1950s with Capannina Ciccio, a modest beachside shack in Northern Italy. Lucio Galletto, following in his parents' footsteps, brought this tradition to Australia, opening Lucio's in Paddington, Sydney in 1983, which became a beloved, long-running restaurant. After its closure in 2021, the next chapter unfolded on the Sunshine Coast, where Lucio's son Matteo and his wife Dieuwke opened Lucio’s Marina at Noosa Marina. This seafood trattoria blends Northern Italian traditions with Australian innovation, offering an elevated dining experience inspired by the original Lucio's menu.
